Floyd Energy® has the systems in place to continue delivering energy ratings

Just a couple of months in and 2020 has taken an unexpected turn, and we are all facing an unprecedented situation. The coronavirus pandemic will influence everyone and everything, including the way we do business.

My thoughts are with anyone impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly.

I feel it important to let you know that Floyd Energy® has the systems and infrastructure in place to continue to deliver energy rating reports for clients, along with expertise in remote working — our fully Australian-based team has been working remotely effectively and efficiently for the last 12 months.

We also have capacity systems in place to continue to supply energy ratings if, unfortunately, an employee falls sick.

However, it is clear that things can change drastically in one day and to stay afloat during these times everyone needs to be able to adjust to new conditions as they arise.

As always, the safety of our customers and employees remain our main concern.

We encourage everyone follows the strategies and actions being taken by the Australian Government as a group-wide policy, such as social distancing, discouraging physical contact, utilising videoconferencing for meetings, and washing hands with soap and water.

We realise that such measures, especially social distancing, are very different to the way we prefer to live our lives, but by implementing these strategies we hope we can all do our bit to help stem the spread of the virus.
